Cronkite- He says we should get out of Iraq... exact words "It's my belief that we should get out now," Cronkite said on Sunday. Yeah, that's what he said about Vietnam. Okay, is Vietnam REALLY what we should be looking at as an example to follow? Let's see if it didn't work when we did it in Vietnam, let's do it again. "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results." -Einstien Cronkite's almost 90, maybe he's not thinking too clearly. If we leave before the job is finished, it will (mark my word) make things worse and create a turbulant society. If we would listen to our service men, the ones who are over there fighting the real fight, they would tell us what to do. They know what's going on there. They know what to do. They are doing it and doing a good job. Don't listen to the liberal media. Read the emails and listen to the troops themselves.

Algore- Where to start? Such a great man. Inventor of the internet. What would we do without him? I love the clip of him walking into Monticello and pointing to the busts around him and asking "Who are these guys?" Referring to the former presidents of the United States. You can't make that stuff up. Now, after making a mockery of the offices of P and VP and using numerous 'warrentless searches' during the Clinton/Gore admin, he talks about Pres. Bush being a criminal? Oh my. The wiretapping allowances already in place HAVE in fact been successful and led to Apprehension Of Lyman Faris, A Truck Driver Who Pleaded Guilty In 2003 To Planning To Blow Up The Brooklyn Bridge." (Peter Baker, "President Says He Ordered NSA Domestic Spying," The Washington Post, 12/18/05). Who has a problem with listening to the suspected terrorsists? What do the dems have to hide? Well, the 49% of them that oppose anyway?

Pat Robertson- PM Sharon and family... I'm sorry. Pres. Chavez... I'm sorry. All the missionaries that were ousted from the country... sorry. Dover, PA... sorry. PR is (ha, well, he's not good at PR-HA) NOT a representative of all of Christianity. I've emailed his staff and begged them to censor him somehow... a 5 second delay MIGHT not be enough... 5 days, 5 hours, 5 minutes EVEN!

Better Off Dead

It's a pretty morbid thought, but it's my favorite movie of all time. It's about a guy that is thinking about 'offing himself' because his girlfriend (who he is obsessed with) breaks up with him. Well, his attempts are usually halted because of him coming to his senses or a friend talking him out of it, etc. So, there's this kid, the paper boy, who is trying to collect his money- 2 dollars. And he keeps chasing him all throughout the movie screaming- "I Want My Two Dollars!!!" Warning: this flick is probably not PC. Lane Meyer, played by John Cusack tries to ski the k-12, a most dangerous mountain, to win back Beth's love. "Badger," his little brother is an inventive little guy and builds a space shuttle in the garage. The mom isn't very domestic, but she tries hard. The dad, played by David Ogden Stiers of MASH fame is slightly out of touch. The kid across the street, Ricky is somewhat of an overweight mama's boy, whose family has taken in a foreign exchange student, Monique. Ricky's mom would love to see he and Monique 'hit it off,' but Monique does everything she can to escape his pathetic advances. So many characters in here, so many quirky lines and scenes. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088794/
Here's a cool site- http://www.xenafan.com/movies/bod/shocked.html (Tom' BOD page)-- tons of pics and sound clips.
